Festival Rules and Policies
Festival Rules:
- Respect others and have fun
- Festival is rain or shine.
- Festival is 18+
- You must have a festival wristband to enter the campgrounds or the festival grounds. (Clustxr wristbands will be issued upon entering the festival)
- Wristband void if damaged or tampered with. No exceptions.
- Campsites are assigned first come.
- You may leave the campground with your vehicle and re-enter the festival grounds.
- No Pets inside the festival grounds, except service animals
- No Glass Bottles
- No outside food or drink inside the festival grounds – NO OUTSIDE Alcohol permitted in the main stage area. BYOB for campground, there is also a store onsite near the waterpark that will be selling beer you can take back to the campground.
- No Illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks or Nitrous Tanks are allowed on resort property
- No unauthorized vending permitted
- No professional video
- No wristband sharing.
- Underage drinking is strictly prohibited
- No bicycles in the festival grounds
- Respect the environment. Please use trash and recycling container.
- Park only in designated areas. If your vehicle is found in an unauthorized area it will be towed to the onsite tow lot and a fee will be assessed.
- Please be prepared for a bag search at the main ticket gate.
- Listen to and be respectful to all staff members, whether it is a parking attendant or a police officer.

Are there showers?
Yes, showers are free!
Is waterpark access included in GA ticket(s)?
No, we did not bundle access with your GA ticket in order to make the tickets as affordable as possible! You can preorder access to the waterpark for $20 online, or pay $30 at the box office. The waterpark is open every day of the festival from 9 am until 8 pm, however, Clustxr is only providing music on saturday at the waterpark.
Is there free WiFi?
Yes! The main stage area and roughly ⅓ of the campground has complimentary WiFi access!
Can I re-enter the festival grounds?
Yes, you can come and go from the festival grounds to the campgrounds as much as you like as long as you have a wristband. Note: Vehicle re-entry to campgrounds is permitted, feel free to come and go as you please!
Can I bring a medical prescription?
Yes, medical prescriptions are allowed but must be in a labeled bottle and only have that prescription in in the bottle.
I don’t want to camp. Can I commute and park each day?
Yes, day parking is available in the day parking lot which is located in A lane on the mountain top beside the mainstage area. Day Parking passes can be purchased online ahead of time for $5 a day or you can purchase them the day of for slightly more. The day parking lot open at 8:00am on friday and saturday and 10 am on Thursday.
Can I buy a parking pass before the festival?
Yes, you can purchase online for $5 per day.
Will I be able to charge my phone?
Yes, each shower house room has a power outlet next to your sink, you can charge your phone while you shower! There will also be limited amounts of unused outlets on the outside of the shower for a first come first serve basis for free!
Will there be ATM’s at the festival?
Yes, we’ve got you covered! ATMs are available at the bar, welcome center and store..
Can I purchase beer in the main stage area?
Yes, we will be selling draft bud light and bottled budweiser products from 1 pm until 2:30 am every day.
Can I sell stuff at the festival?
Only approved and licensed vendors are allowed to sell stuff. Want to become a vendor? Email us at vendors@clustxr.com
Is there a first aid tent?
Yes, located by the main stage festival grounds entrance. There will be an EMS ambulance on site during festival hours, and roaming paramedics off hours with first aid gear. Ask any staff member for assistance in case of a medical emergency.
Do you have lockers available?
No, this event has car side camping, keep valuables inside your locked car out of direct sight. We are not responsible for theft or lost items.
Will debit and credit cards be accepted at the festival?
No, this is a CASH ONLY festival
